These two bad dudes from "Double Dragon," a.k.a. "Spike" and "Hammer," have been kicking ass and taking names since the game's arcade debut in 1987. Through their vast assortment of moves, including back kicks, punches, elbows, head butts and flying knee attacks, they've taken on the Black Warrior clan year after year for various reasons, from saving Billy's girlfriend to avenging her death to, well ... no one's really sure what the plot of "Double Dragon III" is, but the game still rocks. They even teamed up with the Battletoads for an incredibly fun though impossible to beat NES game. After the side-scrolling games, they had their own animated TV series that lasted from 1993 to 1994, and starred in 1994's awesomely horrible live action "Double Dragon" movie, featuring Scott Wolf from "Party of Five" as Billy, Robert Patrick from "Terminator 2" as the villain, and the beautiful Alyssa Milano as the leader of "the Power Corps." After these two failed forays into other branches of the entertainment world, Billy and Jimmy have basically gone into seclusion as relics of a bygone era, forgotten by the pixilated world of martial arts badasses they once helped create.
