Syracuse offensive coordinator Brian White pled guilty to driving while impaired Thursday.
He issued an apology for the June incident in a statement released by the SU Athletics Department to the media via e-mail on Thursday night.
"I sincerely regret my errors in judgment regarding the consumption of alcohol and my subsequent decision to drive with ability impaired," White said.
"Today, I feel extremely fortunate for the awareness and courage of the New York citizen who stopped my driving and prevented the endangerment of innocent others.
"For the past four and a half months I have vigorously pursued the appropriate professional help necessary to address these personal issues and am committed to continuing this course of action with unwavering resolve."
