The Daily Orange posted a correction to this story from 2:55 p.m. to 4:05 p.m. The D.O. now stands by its original story.
One of the four suspects in the Saturday robbery of a South Campus apartment was arrested with a gun in his possession, according to a report from the Syracuse Police Department.
Michael "Capo" Uko, a freshman engineering and computer sciences major, was the last of the suspects taken into police custody late Sunday night in the Syracuse Public Safety Buildings Criminal Investigation Department (PSB-CID. He was found with a gun, according to an SPD report.
The suspects were arrested Sunday by the SPD on felony charges of first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and first-degree criminal use of a firearm. They were also charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.
The preliminary trial is set for Friday. All four were arraigned on Monday at 9:30 a.m. Bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. Tamara Thompson is the assistant district attorney on the case.
Syracuse University Department of Public Safety and the SPD are continuing to investigate the issue.
Uko, Brian Reyes, a former Syracuse University student, and Akhere Akhuemokhan, a sophomore education major, allegedly entered 320 Winding Ridge Apt. 2 Saturday at 12:25 a.m. All three were seen with what appeared to be handguns, according to Syracuse City court documents.
Odion "O" Akhuemokhan, a sophomore exercise science major, waited outside of the apartment in a white 1999 Nissan Quest van, while the others stole an unspecified amount of cash and marijuana, according to a SPD report.
Reyes was the first to be taken into custody Sunday afternoon in the PSB-CID. Reyes now lives in New York City and attends the Institute of Audio Recording.
Odion and Akhere Akhuemokhan were taken into custody late Sunday afternoon, Odion at the PSB-CID and Akhere at the 310 Small Rd. apartment the twins shared, according to a SPD report.

Another outstanding job by the Daily Orange.
Good to know that they can't even get the most important and obvious facts straight. What a joke. I'd venture to say that the National Inquirer is a more credible read than this stuff. (Continued…)
