Pop Culture Briefs: More Spears drama, Beyonce and Duff get dissed

Britney Has Legal Drama Britney Spears' conservator-father, Jamie Spears, issued a restraining order on behalf of his daughter against former manager Osama Lufti and former boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Later in the week, Lufti filed his own lawsuit against Britney's parents for defamation. Since Jamie will never allow us to hear Britney's opinion on this, only time will tell how this saga unfolds.

Miley Takes Offensive Picture
This time she was clothed! Miley, along with several friends, attempted to be funny and squinted her eyes in a picture that the media deemed ethnically degrading. After almost a week of ignoring the picture, Miley finally issued an apology via her blog. In the blog, Miley claims that she feels under the attack of the media now that Britney's on top again.

Faye Dunaway vs. Hilary Duff Faye Dunaway played the original Bonnie Parker in 1967's classic film "Bonnie and Clyde." The film is now being remade and Dunaway was reportedly unimpressed with the actress chosen to fill her role: Hilary Duff. "Couldnt't they at least cast a real actress?" Dunaway asked. In response, Hilary said, "I might be mad if I looked like that now too." Dunaway won the Oscar for Best Actress for her performance, but does Hilary have the chops?

Hollywood Engagements
Anna Faris is engaged to her 29-year-old boyfriend, Chris Pratt. Pratt is a relatively unknown actor; his most recent work was on the set of "Bride Wars," playing Anne Hathaway's boyfriend. This will be the second marriage for the comedian. On another, slightly more creepy note, Paul Walker is engaged to his girlfriend of 3 years, Jasmine Pilchard-Gosnell. Jasmine is only 19 years old, Walker is 35.

Etta James Takes on Beyonce
In a personal statement, legendary songstress Ettas James was able to mock President Barack Obama because of his "big ears" and dissed uber-talented singer Beyonce. James is upset that Beyonce was the one to sing her song "At Last" during President Obama's first dance with wife Michelle at the inaugural ball.
